A Seamless Construction Experience

During the construction of this plant, HIG MODULAR provided a "full-service, one-stop" project management experience, ensuring that every aspect of the construction process was meticulously planned and executed. From initial design to final completion, the HIG MODULAR team worked closely with the client, delivering an integrated, seamless process that guaranteed quality, timely delivery, and compliance with all fire safety regulations and construction standards.


The plant's design features an impressive 208.48m length and a 78m span, providing an open, unobstructed space ideal for industrial operations. The design includes two 10-ton electric single-girder cranes per bay, offering significant operational flexibility and greatly enhancing production efficiency.


Roofing System: Durability Meets Aesthetics

The roofing system of the new production facility is designed with a multi-pitch roof to effectively manage water drainage and protect both the building and the equipment inside. Constructed using PE-coated, original color galvanized BaoSteel sheets, the roof not only provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance but is also designed to withstand extreme temperatures, high winds, rain, and heavy snow.


The roofing material is strong, durable, and offers excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasion, ensuring that the roof maintains its integrity and performance under demanding conditions. Additionally, the roof design ensures effective water drainage, preventing water accumulation and providing long-term protection to the structure.


Daylighting and Ventilation: Enhancing the Working Environment

To enhance the work environment, the roof daylighting system incorporates Apernate boards that are perfectly matched to the roof panels. These panels are designed to be tough, corrosion-resistant, and feature diffused light scattering properties, ensuring optimal lighting while maintaining waterproof and self-cleaning capabilities. The edge trim and waterproof flashing are also color-matched to the roof, combining both aesthetic appeal and functional integrity.


In addition, the ventilated roof ridge features 0.6mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, providing both high-strength and corrosion resistance for long-term durability. This design allows for effective ventilation and cooling, crucial for maintaining optimal conditions inside the plant.


Rain Protection and Energy Efficiency

The main rainwater protection system uses 0.6mm thick FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) daylighting panels, which offer high light transmittance while effectively blocking out rain. These panels are a key component in ensuring the factory benefits from natural lighting, reducing the need for artificial lighting during daytime hours and leading to significant energy savings.


The panels also contribute to improving indoor comfort levels and air quality by ensuring proper ventilation, which in turn boosts employee productivity.
