HIG Modular has successfully completed the construction of a state-of-the-art full steel structure workshop for Yougu Electric, with the project starting in May 2023 and reaching completion in December 2023. Key Features of the Project:

Spacious and Open Design

The Yougu Electric factory spans an impressive 132.1 meters in length and 120.975 meters in width, creating a vast and open space free from obstructions. This layout enhances operational flexibility and efficiency, with ample room for the company's production activities.

Optimized Logistics with Cranes

The workshop is equipped with 4 electric single-beam cranes per span, allowing for easy movement of materials in three-dimensional space, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics to support Yougu Electric’s production processes.

Innovative Roof Design for Durability and Performance

The roof features a multi-ridge design with an efficient drainage system and a slope ratio of 1/20. The roofing sheets are made of 0.6mm thick, galvanized, and aluminized steel from Baosteel, with 75mm thick glass wool insulation, ensuring excellent insulation, waterproofing, and fire resistance. The roof is also designed to be resistant to aging and corrosion, providing long-lasting performance.

Aesthetically Pleasing and Functional Walls

The walls of the factory are made from 0.6mm thick, deep gray and silver-gray color-coated Baosteel steel. The walls are arranged with double-colored PE-coated panels in a staggered, overlapping pattern, creating a visually dynamic and modern aesthetic. This innovative design enhances the factory’s visual depth and architectural appeal.
